Statement regarding operations during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Here at Artemis, one of our core values is being a Trusted Business Partner to our customers. Our mission is to Make IT Work, and to us, that means more than just being a voice on the other end of the phone. We want to be actively engaged in ensuring you have what you need to make IT work *for you*, and that includes contingency plans for keeping your business operational to the greatest extent possible during emergency events such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

First, we want to assure you that Artemis remains open and available to support you during this time. We have taken a number of steps to ensure the safety of our staff with most now working remotely, practicing social distancing where possible, and setting up entry and egress control points in our facilities with sanitation stations to limit the risk of exposure to staff in the office.

Our telephone support at (321) 752-2743 remains operational, with the same 24/7/365 coverage you have come to depend on and trust. Our technicians are still actively monitoring, proactively maintaining, and supporting your systems. Our service desk is fully staffed, and you can continue to submit trouble tickets to help@artemisit.com at any time. On-site dispatching has been scaled back for the protection of our team and yours; however, we are still able to dispatch for critical emergencies and will do so for as long as is practical and safe.

Second, we know that your business may need to adjust the way it operates in order to protect your own staff and customers, and in many cases, this means having more people working from home. As a technology innovator, Artemis is well-positioned to assist you in facilitating this change for as long as is needed.

One of the great advantages of our leveraging of cloud solutions is that information can be accessed from anywhere. Email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and SharePoint can all be accessed globally at any time from any approved device. Our Office 365 subscribers can even use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint inside a web browser with no need for the programs to be set up or installed on the device. If you maintain your own infrastructure on-site, such as a file server, in most cases it is possible to facilitate remote access with use of an SSL VPN. You may already have some VPN users, and if you need to add more, we can assist in getting it setup for you.

If you are using our SMARTdial telephony solution, employees can literally take their desk phone home with them, plug it into a router, and start immediately receiving calls — and if that’s not practical, the platform can be configured to forward calls to a cell phone, or a softphone that can be answered from a computer or tablet device. Your service agreement includes support for all these options, so if you would like assistance configuring or setting up your SMARTdial phone system to take advantage of these features for your remote workers, please let us know and we will gladly do so.

Our highly trained technicians are capable of setting all of this up for you and providing instruction in operating these tools, so you and your team can practice social separation for maximum health and safety while maintaining digital collaboration for maximum efficiency and agility. If you have not already been in contact with your Primary Engineer or an IT Strategist, and would like to speak to someone, don’t hesitate to call us: (321) 752-2743.

We appreciate your business, and will be by your side to Make IT Work wherever your people may be located.
