Top Brevard IT Firms Eye Future Expansion and Continued Growth

Rockledge/Melbourne, FL – February 13, 2012. netDirective Technologies, Inc. and Artemis International Technologies, Inc. are pleased to announce their merger to form Artemis, Inc. The merger, which is expected to be complete by March 31, 2012, brings together two of Brevard County’s leading IT service, network engineering, telephony, and cloud computing firms. Artemis’ combined talent and resources create an organization of over fifty employees committed to its existing clients and poised for aggressive growth.

There will be no job losses due to the merger; Artemis expects to hire additional staff throughout 2012.
