Artemis is looking to add an entry level/junior web and database developer to our development team.

A critical aspect of providing a complete information system solution in today’s business world must include web and database integration. Depending on the nature of each organization, the degree to which they utilize Internet technologies will vary dramatically. Web developers must be self-directed individuals must understand how to design and write high performance, reliable, maintainable code and work with a team of developers, program managers to rapidly develop high-quality, high performing and user friendly web applications.
Reports to the Director of E-Business Solutions.
Required Education/Experience
BS Degree or two (2) years minimum experience web development and/or database design Familiarity with MS SQL or one of the following MS Access, Paradox, and/or Oracle Familiarity with at least five of the following: Cold Fusion, ASP, JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, Java, object oriented programming, GUI development, client/Server database development using SQL server.
Good oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Good time/project management skills
Flexible and team oriented
Ability to multitask
Beneficial Education/Experience
Two (2) or more years Cold Fusion experience
Two (2) or more years experience with MS SQL Server
General knowledge of e-business/e-commerce solutions
General knowledge of emerging database standards and technologies
Salary Range:
