Network Administrator
The Network Administrator will work in a team of highly skilled IT professionals and provide day to day support to customers in an efficiently structured, fast paced environment. The technician responds to incoming trouble calls in a queue or ticketing system and troubleshoot customers’ problems using existing tools and resolve or escalate appropriately in a consistently accurate, efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
